I am debating between 35's and 37's; the truck is so long that I think the 35's might still look small. I am going to install the Icon 2.5" Leveling kit with blocks in the rear - looking for ...RonKZ650. Guys have put clear up to 285/75-16 on the stock rims, but that is way over spec for a 7" wheel. 245/75 fits of course which was stock size on the E series vans with the same wheels. 255/85-16 is an oddball size that would be largest to fit "correctly". Anything wider than that doesn't work on a 7" wheel.

I want to run 37 Toyo's because they have a higher load rating than the 35's. I would prefer the 2.5" but it looks like the 3.5" SST is the best option even though I am not excited about the shock ... Oct 21, 2020.Mar 12, 2020 · The reality is, the 250 is approx. 1/2" lower up front, compared to a 17-19, and the 2020 F350, if it has not been lowered too (not sure that it has not). That half inch up front won't make a difference whatsoever. The 2020 F250 uses a shorter rear block, looks to be 2" vs. the 17-19 3.25". I purchased a 2021 7.3l tremor a few weeks ago. Went through dealer, who sub contracted the work out to a truck shop. Ended up buying the ready lift 2.5 leveling kit and Yokohama Geolander XATs 37x13.5x18 on my stock wheels. Went back and forth with both Ford and the truck shop, who said it would work. I plan to go with the real 35" x 12.50 size on some custom offset wheels, the stock tires and wheels are pizza cutters. In the Jeep Wrangler world they say 37s over 35 are a deal breaker for a daily driver.After doing thousands of these trucks, we've got trimming down to a science. We figured we'd show the WORST CASE scenario on a truck running 13.5" wide 37" t...So if your oem tires were 31” and you went to 37s that’s a 16% increase. If your oem wheels were 17” then a 16% increase would be +2.5”. So similar oem handling would be on 20” wheels with 37” tires. Great explanation thanks. My stock tires are 34.5 with a 18 or 19 inch wheel. I will then go with the 20 on the 37's.I have 37's but haven't paid attention to the gas mileage. A lot of people that have full 35's or 37's don't get the hypertech correction, and thereby don't actually know what their MPG is since the numbers are off due to the tire size. I have the hypertech, just haven't paid attention. I'll work on correcting that next week.
