Doing anki cards in itself (even if they're someone else's) is good enough. If I ever felt uncomfortable with something in the 86 pg doc, I'd watch the corresponding KA video. YMMV, but I ended up with a 132 in P/S. A lot of that section is reading comprehension IMO so your results may vary but the 300 page doc is plenty of content review.
